Chinese Government license filings
My ICP license (Internet Content Provider; Chinese: ICP备案; pinyin: ICP bèi’àn) is a permit issued by the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to permit China-based websites to operate in China. And my PSB license (京公网安备) is a permit issued by the Chinese Public Security Bureau on their National Internet Security Management Service Platform to verify my website may be allowed to be seen within China.
