The Man Who Came to Dinner by Moss Hart and George Kaufman opened on 31 October and closed on 24 November 1979 at the SGIO Theatre for the Queensland Theatre Company.

Directed by John Krummel; Designed by Peter Cooke; Lighting Design by Derek Campbell; Assistant to the Director: Lloyd Nickson; Stage Managed by Ellen Kennedy; Assistant Stage Managed by Victor Ashelford and Mark Lloyd Hunt (on stage).
